This is a free service where the spirit is to collaborate and share.

You may create as many drawings as you like.

You may share any drawing you encounter on the site, anywhere you like.

If you "hot link" drawings hosted by us, you must provide a link back to its original draw.to page. The easiest way to do this is to use our embed code.

Your drawings may appear in our gallery and on our front page. If you do not want this to happen, uncheck the "publish" checkbox after saving.

You own your drawings and you retain the copyright. By submitting a drawing you also grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish it.

You may not make automated requests to the site more frequently than once every thirty seconds.

We reserve the right to deny access to any user consuming an unreasonable proportion of site resources.

Finally, if your drawing has a net negative impact on humanity, then we may have to replace it with something cute and furry.
